I worked at TruMark Financial full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Reasonable salary, raises and bonuses. Benefits are OK.

    Cons

Communication between the different business units. There are a lot of people with a title of VP who should actually be called Supervisors. Not a lot of opportunity to move up in your area of expertise due to size of company being so small.

    Recommends

I have been working at TruMark Financial

    Pros

Their training classes and the information that they provide will help you both within the job as well as outside with your personal finances.

    Cons

You must wait to move until someone above you leaves or moves on to another career to have any chance for promotion.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Senior management should be more involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. They should go to the branches and interact with their employees.
