    Pros

There are absolutely no pros to working for this company.

    Cons

No benefits, they lie about your pay just to get you in the door. You're told that you're paid hourly vs commission but only to find out that you're paid commission only. They illegally screw with the numbers on your paycheck to make it appear as though you're paid hourly and they decrease the promised commission. You have to wait over a month to get commission paid. Please take my advice and do not go work for this company! You will regret it. Instructors are paid salary and don't give a care if students graduate or not which makes it extremely difficult for recruiters to make a decent living.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your people what they are worth and change your business model. Pay should be base plus commission and the same across the board for all employees including instructors.

    Pros

There are no PROS at TDI, If you're looking for a company that cares about their employees, presents opportunities for growth professionally and financially, this isn't the place for you

    Cons

Poorly managed, no benefits, forced to part-time, very unprofessional, you're selling tuition finance loans not truck driving careers. TDI advertises using major trucking company names. Respondents think they're contacting/calling US Xpress, Warner, TMC, etc. and that they have a job when training is complete. Not always the case.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Change your business model,
