I worked at Truck Driver Institute full-time for more than a year
Pros – There are no PROS at TDI, If you're looking for a company that cares about their employees, presents opportunities for growth professionally and financially, this isn't the place for you
Cons – Poorly managed, no benefits, forced to part-time, very unprofessional, you're selling tuition finance loans not truck driving careers. TDI advertises using major trucking company names. Respondents think they're contacting/calling US Xpress, Warner, TMC, etc. and that they have a job when training is complete. Not always the case.
Advice to Senior Management – Change your business model,
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
