    Pros

Enjoyed the coworkers. Had a family feel. Not a lot of staff, so you got to know the frequent employees. Decent pay + overtime. You can grow, put your mind to it, mane.

    Cons

The hours weren't really there. The traffic was mediocre on the days I did work, too. Still pretty decent job. It honestly was somewhat boring

    Pros

flexible schedule mellow environment great discount

    Cons

HR is horrible! NY District Manager sucks! Horrible pay AND no raises! This company is just HORRIBLE!

    Advice to Management

Acknowledge your employees, be considerate of the salary. How could "high end" company be so cheap with their employees when they are the backbone of the company?!?!?

    Pros

generous salary and benefits. free lunch once in a while. ok discount

    Cons

They can't seem to bring in right management . one of the laziest and untalented leaders in design. been there way too long and sucking up and wasting company resources. no one has the drive ,talent to turn the company around nor do they care. no new ideas keeps on stereotyping customers as an urban thug . the products are poorly designed and made.

    Advice to Management

really look at your leaders ,what do they bring to the table. this is not the gap 1969 or seven jeans. find your identity and make it relevant

    Pros

There are absolutely no benefits for being an employee of this company. This company has single handily turned me away from corporate jobs forever.

    Cons

Management plays favorites and treats most employees horribly. Management makes bad decisions. Management constantly lies to employees, keeping everyone in the dark about everything

    Cons

Company is going through some big changes. It's not the company that it use to be.

    Pros

You get to work with many ex-Deloitte employees who are smart and talented, provide you with sufficient resources to help you complete your job, and they offer a solid 401K plan and health benefits.

    Cons

Culture is not fully embraced by the whole company. Middle management from prior to buyout still run the company as it was before and not adapting to culture changes. Not all departments are treated equally, if there is a half-day or culture event, don't expect the accounting or finance team to join. There seems to be an obsession with working long hours and not embracing a work-life balance with this company; leaving at 5PM is often seen as being lazy and looked down upon.

    Advice to Management

Communicate with middle management to buy in on the culture C-level executives are promoting. Talk to your accounting and finance staff to see what they need to succeed or what can be done to make them feel respected.

    Pros

Familial feeling in the work place while maintain professionalism. Sales associate job pays hourly wage plus commission. In most jobs sales jobs with commission things can get to feel cut throat, however that is one thing True Religion has overcome and I would say is one of the top reasons I chose to work there.

    Cons

Hours are horrible during regular season and absolutely absurd and unfair during the short but ever so dragged out holiday season.

    Advice to Management

Other Denim companies give employees free jeans in order to help sell new products. Im pretty sure true religion is one of the only or few to be stingy when it comes to providing and gifting loyal employees with merchandise.
