    Overall, the organization has great people
    Many opportunites to take on a variety of projects and expand carear skills
    Decent work enviroment
    Good benefits [though once better]

    Management is slow to adapt to changes in trends
    Very conservative and reluctant to make changes
    Tends to micromanage
    Limited advancement opportunities
    Limited growth in the Golf industry

    Very limited opportunity for growth due to small corporate office
    Golf Industry as a whole is struggling
