    Corporate raiders gutted the company and push long term employees out.

    Sell the company to people who know the industry and love it.

    Pros

    Nice people, down to Earth workers especially the warehouse guys.

    Cons

    Extreme work hours with no compensation to match. Management is old and rigid as is the company culture. Also company is part of a cultish organization

    It is no longer 1950 in Japan.
