I have been working at Trulia full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Company culture. Strong focus on employee and employee development. Strong communication.

    Cons

Typical trials of a start up culture that is facing increased marketplace scrutiny.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Org is a bit too top heavy. A lot of directors, not enough managers and analysts. Stronger product road map with a clear distinct focus/vision. Increased focus on stock price and Revenue/EBITDA getting in the way of true growth.

    Pros

Trulia has a great culture and benefits.

People bring their dogs to work and there are monthly rooftop happy hours that are fun.

    Other cool things:
Innovation week- this is when the Engineers and anyone in the company get to work on cool new products for the company for an entire week

Mind Body Spirit Day- the whole company takes a day for fun activities like working out, getting spa treatments, and eating healthy food. At the end of the day, there is a happy hour

Summer Parties- This year we went to Great America for the day

Bring your kid/parent to work day- Not only can you bring your kid, but there is also a day where your parents can come to the office

Learning/Training Rings- Small groups to learn special skills/new things

    Cons

In between three buildings right now but moving everyone into a new building in October.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

As we grow, keep the cool vibe

I have been working at Trulia as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Ive been working at trulia for about 8 weeks now, and its amazing. Where do I start, everyone is reeeaalllly smart but no one is cocky about it, you can get help on any project at anytime. The management hang out with us regular employees, which makes you feel at home, really transparent. There are no set hours, you are just expected to get your work done ie no micromanaging yay. Tons of perks, really close to bart, I kind of dont even want to write this. I dont want a flood of people coming for my job, but trulia is just so awesome

    Cons

I dont know, if I ever run into something ill be sure to edit.
