    Sales Inspector (Current Employee)
    Miami, FL

ProsNice hiring process, a car to drive, nice owner

Conswanna feel like a turkey, they stuff you with books and books of study material, give you initial salary, give you a car , promise all this money and i am told ; sell or else. Manager has numbers to get his bonus. I feel like the fall guy. I am giving my notice....Too much drama

Advice to Senior Managementhelp your guys instead of sitting and complaining about not getting your bonus.

    Poor Pay, Poor Moral

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsLove the people I work for and with, but most are wanting more.

ConsAncient systems. Poor IT. Huge upper management disconnect. Have good "core values" but no one actually follows them.

Advice to Senior ManagementHave a reason for people to stay.

    sales

    Salesman (Former Employee)
    Tampa, FL

Prostraining was good, compensation for the sales staff was unrealistic.

ConsPay horrible for amount of work required. The company wants you to provide good customer service to customers after sale with no compensation.

Advice to Senior Managementpay sales people what they are worth.ok money in summer, starve in winter months. Should set up a residual compensation to sales people for keeping current clients happy.

new management take over with no experience

Pest Control Specialist Commercial (Former Employee)
    Tampa, FL

ProsIn the past was great place to work cared about you and family and customers , good pay, great manager and work mates,

ConsNow don't care about us and customers, minimum service to customers, not having what you need on your truck to service customers as needed at moment of issues ,management take over no experience thinks they know better than experienced techs, secrets employees keep in the dark on everything , ran old manager out , office admint, new admint out and now older techs . over load on routes , what more can i say dont care about customer service

Advice to Senior Managementget back to customer service ,more than just applying dust thats cheaper, alot of unhappy customers with this , or you cant use this products anymore even tho its epa approved inside, seems they lost sight about the most inportant thing .CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Manager

    Branch Manager (Current Employee)
    Tucson, AZ

ProsGreat training, always a nice bright yellow vehicle to drive, the latest and advanced products always, great benefits, so many opportunities to advance or transfer. Never pushing a service, that a customer does not need. Good people all around. Income is in your hands, they give you all the know how and tools. An owner that wears jeans and drives a ford 4-wheel drive truck. Just a good ol boy...

ConsWe need a Starsky and Hutch Torino to catch the attention of the baby boomer class. No other Cons. really

Advice to Senior Management1974-1976 Ford Torino, 351, 400 or 460 motor. must have black interior with AC

It is an OK place to work.

    Office Manager (Current Employee)

ProsThey are very good at trainning their new associates. There is always continuing education possibilites available. They also have a great marketing deparment. This company has a very well know franchise.

ConsOften explosive work environment. There is a lot of gossip and talk that does not belong in the workplace. Managers are kept by association rather than work ethic and productivity.

Advice to Senior ManagementThis company really needs to get some of their associates feedback regarding their work location and environment.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
