    Glad to have moved on

    Receptionist (Current Employee) Dallas, TX

    ProsThey have pretty decent benefits.

ConsManagement training is confusing. They will tell you to do one thing and then turn around and get upset with you the next day for doing what you are told. Instead of being helpful when you ask for help they get irritated and tell you not to worry about it. They will not tell you what the office rules are until you make mistakes. And no vacation the first year.

Advice to Senior ManagementIf there are two people overseeing one person then those two people should be on the same exact page. It is confusing to the employee to have two people who are not on the same page training an employee, and when that happens the employee cannot complete the tasks given to him/her the right way.

Family oriented company within departments but not totally overall.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsWilling to work with you on family emergencies, however local management is a different story.

ConsWanting you to work all hours without prior notice and won't hire people to make not only their business grow but keep the present employers where they can enjoy their family.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to hire more employees to keep the stress off the ones that you have. Also better training on computers and new programs.

The job was challenging but the compensation was not equal to the amount of responsibility and level of pressure.

    Lineman (Current Employee)

ProsGetting to be outdoors and active makes the time pass quickly. Most of the employees are reliable and work well as a team. Very friendly work environment.

ConsThe level of pay was low compared to the amount of stress and pressure to perform flawlessly. There was minimal opportunity for promotional opportunities within the company. Employee retention is very low. New hires frequently come and go.

Advice to Senior ManagementRaise the starting pay and quality workers will have an incintive to continue employment. Hire more lineman to allow for rotation of weekends off.

Poorly run company especially in lexington.

    Line Technician (Current Employee)

ProsTips and monthly safety bonus. Get to work with airplanes and see celebrities. Salary is ok but not on par with the rest of the industry.

ConsNo respect. People are treated like dogs by management. Management has no clue about what goes on after they leave at three in the afternoon.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
