This company had a very pleasant and professional atmosphere. I would recommend them.

    Administrative Assistant Floater (Former Employee)
    Jackson, MS

ProsGood hours. Decent pay. Everyone was very pleasant and cordial. Initial paid training was quite boring. Overall not a bad experience, though.

ConsObviously they are a bank. There is a certain degree of bank attire required. Women have to wear hosiery. In Mississippi that is a drawback.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to relax the dress code a bit. You still offer really great services, which is what keeps customers.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Great place to work

    Executive Assistant (Former Employee)
    Jackson, MS

ProsFound Trustmark to be a great all around company. Very nice people, had no issues with personalities or management.

ConsThe cost of benefits seemed high; however I had benefits through spouse's company which was my only comparison. Trustmark's benefits would have cost us an extra $5K per year compared to what we had.

A excellent regional bank - that sidestepped the financial crisis.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsTrustmark has an outstanding reputation and business culture, with an eye towards service, rather than pushing products. Departments exhibit a positive, 'can do' attitude when working with each other to solve customer problems or deliver a solution.

ConsTrustmark is slow to change and adopt new technology. This approach helped sidestep the crisis of 2008 & 2009, but can be an inhibitor to growth, customer experience, and employee satisfaction.

Advice to Senior ManagementPush the IT and HR limitations that have historically constrained the company.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
