    Pros

Great coworkers, good pay and advancement opportunities. Sr. leadership does a great job and a couple other good managers.

    Cons

Middle management in the main office needs coaching on conduct and treatment of employees.

I have been working at Trustone Financial full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Salary is competitive, nice co-workers.

    Cons

The CEO is a loud mouth little man with ADHD. He doesn't take the time to know any of his employees & I have been employed there for almost two years with no acknowledgment from him-although I see him often. Frequent disorganization leaves senior members ready to pull all of there money out & no one seems to care that employees have to deal with their frustration. No one takes accountability for their job duties & passes responsibility to others.Upper management has no regard for how hard their good employees work with demanding expectations & a plethora of ignorant emails that are completely unprofessional. Currently interviewing with other companies that take their employees seriously!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do what we do for a day, talk to a member that is angry with the direction of the bank & maybe then you'll begin to appreciate how easy you have it when you use our union dues to take your wives on vacation every year. This bank is trying its best to be TCF or Wells Fargo but has no idea how to go about doing it properly.

I worked at Trustone Financial full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Good Benefits. Union positions decent pay.

    Cons

Very political, unreachable sales qouta's, you will never get promoted on your experience and qualifications, only if you get in good with upper management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of union employees that abuse the attendance policy it is detrimental to any company. Appreciate loyal and hard working employees by rewarding them the opportunity to advance with out the political wrangling associated with it.
