    Pros

They provide perfect research environment and best technical researching group. You can make something that may change the world in their lab.

    Cons

They pay little to research assistants. If you are going to make a fortune, it is not so perfect to work there, but if you are someone that could die to make a contribution to the world, it is good.

    Pros

You always have godlike opponents who stimulate you working hard. You can learn a lot from your fellow students.

    Cons

The homework is really too heavy and much of the homework is useless. You should always try to find what you really need and want.

I have been working at Tsinghua University part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

My experience teaching at Tsinghua was pretty short, just 4 months. It was a master class apart from the regular course. The University give great work conditions and total freedom to plan my classes. The students had great drawing skills. Some students were chosen from other conutries such as Korea or Japan, and they were able to create good characters and backgrounds. Was a second course, so they had goos concepts on animation bases as well.

    Cons

At the end the salary payment got a little cahotic, but according the hours, the payment was worth it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It's been a while (was 2010) but at that time I felt the course should strenght more over the preproduction processes (Script, Storyboard, Animaticas...)
