I have been working at Tsmc full-time for less than a year

ProsGood business outlook in the near future
Great total compensation in local job market
Relatively young workforce
You will be surrounded by some of the most talented people in the country

ConsPeople waste time on things not directly related to business
Poor work/life balance, management expect you to get things done no matter what
Difference of total compensation between people of the same job grade is not significant, even if you outperform most others.
Advancement into manager takes a long time (7+ years), I don't think there is a 'fast-track' system in this company.

– I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
