    Pros

Learning so much. This company is allows everyone's ideas to be heard. I am making a difference.

    Cons

Can't think of any that mean anything.

    Advice to Management

Management likes the creative and "outside the box" thinking. There has been a real turn-around over the past 2 years.

  2. A disappointing experience due to the terrible Business and Financial Management of the company

    Pros

They allowed you to take time when you had a family emergency and it was normally a pleasant work environment.

    Cons

It was a very small company and everyone knew everyone else's business. Promotions and brand assignments were absently handed out to undeserving people. Communication between Sr. Mgmt and Jr. employees was terrible. Leadership was horrible. Business Management was even worse, and ultimately ended up with Marketinfg and Product Development teams being laid off with 1 weeks notice. Oh, except Sr. Management....they were given two weeks. How fair is that?

    Advice to Management

This company will probably not be around much longer, but my advice would be for the President to take some Business Management courses and perhaps go back to school to get an MBA.
