I worked at Tudor Investment Corporation as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

Great culture, people know each other, workload is reasonable (depends on manager of course), opportunities to have lunch with upper management (incl. Paul Tudor Jones). HR does a good job of ensuring interns get a chance to know the firm outside of their department and has field trips to other financial institutions.

    Cons

There is a bit of bureaucracy lag when requesting support from back-office. I would also like to see some more feedback, it doesn't have to be very formal, but a few points about what's good and what could be improved can help interns (and current employees) for future careers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I think firm is in a transitional phase as it continues growing, things start moving slower, as I noticed from a couple of back-office service changes.

    Pros

Great company to work for. Benefits are good.

    Cons

Some of the Senior Management folks have to go. They are giving the company a bad reputation

I worked at Tudor Investment Corporation as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

Had the opportunity to work with many fantastic and extremely smart people. They made you feel welcome and involved in many aspects of daily work even though you were only going to be there a couple months.

    Cons

Being a fairly small firm was nice in many aspects but it also limited your experiences somewhat so it was kinda a catch 22.

I have been working at Tudor Investment Corporation

    Pros

tudor was a great place to work- the people are incredibly helpful. The culture fosters a really great learning environment and there are many company wide events that are great for networking.

    Cons

The only concern that I have with Tudor is growth potential because the company is small and the roles are already defined.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management could provide a little more guidance on certain projects. Additionally, there could be more communication between different departments. There are two offices in greenwich that are down the street and the people in each building rarely communicate

I have been working at Tudor Investment Corporation

    Pros

Very smart and intelligent people. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. There are many opportunities to interact with senior management.

    Cons

There really are not many cons working at such a firm. I think that there should be more opportunities to receive performance feedback.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give more performance feedback and evaluation. Generally though, the leadership is very good and nothing drastic would need to be changed.
