    Good company with great people

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) London, England (UK)

ProsFlat hierarchy so good access and interaction with senior staff. Generally a good place to work with nice people.

ConsConstant cost cutting and pay freezes has lowered morale significantly, with many good members of staff leaving.

Advice to Senior ManagementCut out the nepotism and look after the good loyal staff that the company has but improving their basic salaries and making career progression and reality.

one of the best global brokerage firms to work for, aggressive, rewarding and challenging.

Equities Broker (Former Employee) London, England (UK)

Prosaggressive, rewarding and challenging but fair

Consmaybe too aggressive for the light hearted and can be a very repetitive lifestyle. client entertainment can be viewed as an extra bonus or a health curse!

Advice to Senior Managementinvest in your staff and view them as assets rather than just squeeze them.

Suprisingly Amatuer given the size and stature of the firm

Analyst (Current Employee) City of London, England (UK)

ProsReasonable work/life balance outside of management.
    No shortage of drinking buddies!
Probably wonderful if your in the right clique

    ConsHighly secretive management.
    Below market pay
    No career development.
    Blame culture

Advice to Senior ManagementIt's very difficult to change things in a firm, especially when market conditions may not allow you the flexibility to address all of my cons. However, the highly secretive culture of all levels of management is something that can easily be addressed. I am reading about redundancies in newspapers and hearing nothing formal internally. Of course rumour mill is in full swing and it’s distracting and unnecessarily worrying.

As I've highlighted, I'm not in the right clique and someone who is would probably give Tulletts a glowing review.
