    Great benefits, interesting projects, vast resources, cutting edge technology, ample opportunity to make decisions without being micromanaged, enjoy the prestige of working for one of the largest construction companies in the world

    Average pay with almost no bonus or annual increase; great so long as there's a backlog but when the well runs the end can be very near

    At Turner you will be exposed to some of the most exciting projects throughout the country and world. There are a lot of opportunities to gain invaluable experience with vast resources.

    Cons

    It's difficult to maintain work life balance and still be considered a valuable employee. Minimal advancement beyond middle management.
