    Pros

    Great luxury boutique hotel - area is great - colleagues are cool

    Cons

    Very little support and motivation from management - no room to move up in the company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Communication and motivation will help build the morale in all departments

    I worked at Twelve Hotels full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    The best reasons to work there is there always something happening. It's a hotel so in large part there are few dull moments. The people I worked with were generally great.

    Cons

    Very little support from management and corporate managers. No room to move up in the company. Petty tyrants abounded. High expectations with few resources.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Have more people working on the front lines. Yes there is a need for a lean team, but better support and management of employees.

    Pros

    Great luxury boutique hotel. You meet great people sometimes.

    Cons

    Management is bad at communicating.. Severely understaffed and under compensated. Promises have never been kept. Option to move up is nil to none.

    communicate!
