Tyco Electronics Reviews

Pros
They didn't have a formal intern program but they were trying to start one up. It included meetings with company directors. We also did a lot of things together as a group. Pay was about average. Definitely a good work/life balance. Management was clear on my project for the summer. Overall, I enjoyed it.
Cons
You can tell the company is a little disorganized and it has a traditional style of management. It seems like people never get any challenging work and it does get repetitive.
Advice to Senior Management
Overall I think management was doing a good job, but I felt like things moved too slowly in the company and that people never communicated with each other.
