Princeton, NJ

Current Employee – been working at Tyco International full-time for more than 3 years

ProsDynamic environment, always challenging with new projects.

ConsSenior leadership views technology as a hinderence. IT is not well respected by the business and technology is always an after thought. Senior leadership doesn't share their strategy and roadmap so you often end up getting bogged down doing something, undoing it, and redoing it. People are very conservative and not open minded to new ideas.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease communicate a coherent, forward thinking, updated strategy to all buinesses and levels at the company so that we can all work toward a common goal.

Bangalore (India)

Current Employee – been working at Tyco International full-time for more than 3 years

ProsGlobal, Convenient and rewarding
Innovation and Learning on the Job is fun
A visionary and dynamic leadership at the Gobal helm
An amazing place to learn

ConsThe local India Management is found lacking on many fronts.
Rigid mindsets, the energy and dynmic nature which is so evident at the Gobal level, is missing at the local leadership level

Advice to Senior ManagementThe local leadership requires insulin (read es energy and dynamic). I feel we need someone who inspires us even locally and drives the organization with a sense of positive energy.
