Current Employee – been working at Tyco International full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Dynamic environment, always challenging with new projects.
Cons – Senior leadership views technology as a hinderence. IT is not well respected by the business and technology is always an after thought. Senior leadership doesn't share their strategy and roadmap so you often end up getting bogged down doing something, undoing it, and redoing it. People are very conservative and not open minded to new ideas.
Advice to Senior Management – Please communicate a coherent, forward thinking, updated strategy to all buinesses and levels at the company so that we can all work toward a common goal.
