    Pros

Good benefits, decent pay. If you're just out of school and want some broad experience, this company looks good on the resume.

    Cons

Corporate sweatshop, poor use of technology. Management constantly restructuring, doesn't give one "idea" a chance to work before moving on to the next. Extremely high turnover rate.

    Advice to Management

Value your employees, solicit feedback, and listen. It's hard to move the company forward when no-one knows what's going on due to the constant changes and turnover.

The sales people run this organization and it is all about sales. Need to focus on the delivery of the products - not sales.
