Pros
Work Life balance, No one cares what you do , Less Pressure in the team , Lot of onsite oppurtunities without any reason
Cons
No process in place
poor management
no projects
no policies
No leaves carry forward
No recognition for work
No vertical or horizontal growth
Advice to Senior Management
No advice to the management as there is no use cribbing , better to keep quite
