    Pros

    Great healthcare and pays well.

    Cons

Not a safe at time and risk of injury is high.

Hire more workers that are real maintenance workers that understand what they are doing and can fully repair the device.

    Pros

There are a variety of training programs available to interested team members to expand their knowledge and grow within the company.

    Cons

There are not many cons. The company culture was a bit too conservative for my liking, but that is just personal preference.

    Pros

The management gives you guidance when you need it, and space when you need it. You are respected within the organization, and it truly feels that everyone puts the best business interests rather than their personal aspirations first. Work-life balance is better than most. Great team members.

    Cons

    Healthcare plan has high deductibles.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing.
