    I worked at Tyson Foods

    Pros

The only perk for Management Support was being allowed to park close to the building.

    Cons

Misrepresented hours, pay, and ability to advance. Always short-handed. Unsanitary office conditions. Unsecure parking facilities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't misrepresent the job, the pay or the company's values. Get rid of the Christmas food coupons and give your employees at least a $50.00 gift card. Stop giving free food to upper management! (When a trailer 'accidentally' delivers steaks...)
