    UHaul is a good place to work with flexible work options and with also remote work options. The Co-workers are very friendly and always a positive environment to work with

    Salary would have been little higher

    Everyone that works there is really great and has assisted in helping me learn the ropes
    Much funner than flipping burgers

    Good job nice friendly staff good pay

    Intraday they moniter every minute no hours during the winter

    Provide paid holidays work to get you full time

    Employees receive Excellent Training from the General Manager

    Cons

    There are many steps to learn in the overall process of dispatching, receiving, and managing trucks, trailers and dollies...but is necessary.

    Advice to Management

    Have full-time check-in person at counter and allow csr's work the line.

    Decent pay but they hold back on what they can actually offer.

    Pros

    Working with employees was great! Scheduling was descent. Pay was descent.

    Cons

    Need to hire more customer service representatives. Sometimes, customer lines get to 15-20 people long, so they would get very frustrated and in turn reflect that on their online reviews.

    Hire more employees!

    in a cool, air conditioned room
    sitting in front of a computer for the most part

    Cons

    rude customers
    rude locations
    they only hire part time workers, unless in management. no more than 20 hours
    benefits are only for full timers, no holiday pay

    good exercise, flexible work schedule

    Cons

    stressful if a busy location, must work in weather, often working alone while customers pile up, lots of information to learn, no benefits, pay is minimum wage, They don't care about employees only the bottom line

    consider not paying the legal minimum
