    Pros

A major pro is that you get to work outside during the spring and summer months. Also since there are often not too many employees at each location the staff seems to gel well and it becomes somewhat like a family. I started out part time and worked my way up but it took 5 years. Part time employees can have very flexible schedules.

    Cons

You are outside often during extremely cold or ugly weather. MCP on up to CEO somewhat use scare tactics to get results out of employees. Full time positions don't receive competitive pay to similar positions in different companies. Moving from Assistant GM to GM I actually somewhat had to take a pay cut if you factor in working 40hrs a week compared to 60hrs a week. Sometimes the company gets too hung up on "programs" and "fundamentals" that when we are forced to follow it is actually at the expense of giving better customer service. Lately my marketing company has been spending a lot of money like many others but it isn't reflected in my pay check.

    Advice to Management

-More positive encouragement (less scare tactics).
-Pay Full time employees what they could make elsewhere.
-Stop focusing so much on guidelines, programs, fundamentals, and other out dated ideas about how we should do our jobs but instead focus more on keeping customers AND EMPLOYEES happy.

    Pros

Very stable company.....it may not be a right fit for everyone but some manage to work here 20 plus years.

    Cons

Below average pay and benefit. There is no good procedures and many unprofessional managers only care about the security of their job not the best interest of the company.

    Advice to Management

Come up good procedure and enforce it. Hire talented and skilled manager.

    Pros

The company is dedicated to helping people during one of the most stressful times in life. They are also committed to creating a culture of well-being in the workplace.

    Cons

Sometimes, the individual employee may get overlooked or fall through cracks. Certain departments have too much power over employees lives and do not wield it thoughtfully.

    Pros

Fantastic benefits, helpful management, and you can tell that the company actually cares about you. Also, they offer a lot of training opportunities if you are willing to work for them.

    Cons

Sometimes the company is so focused on the numbers that they forget to encourage people to enjoy their job.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees.

    Pros

Good pay & hours. 401k available quickly. Work from home.

    Cons

This was a seasonal position with the implication that there would be permanent positions at the end of the "season". Instead we were let go & jobs were posted in their website almost immediately.
The managers did not respond to at home reps in as swift a manner as the on site reps.

    Advice to Management

Work from home agents deserve the same attention and respect as the employees you can see every day. We felt very marginalized and ignored.
