Details
Pros
US Bank is a great place to start a career. you are able to learn a lot about the banking industry fast.
Cons
Salaried employees have long hours. High Turnover hampers the employees that stick around.
Advice to Senior Management
Have a continuous flow of recruits or pay tellers more from the start. Also, get rid of the non-performers.
