    Some of the pros to working payment solutions at usbank is the flexibility and freedom to do your job

    Management not interested in helping you move forward in your career. Also will try and stop you from being promoted

    Upper management really needs to pay attention to lower management and help there staff develop their talents into other position if they want to move up in the company

    Pros

    Great Teamwork between coworkers. Customers and employees have a really good connection that makes the job a lot easier. Many Products and services to assist customers in various ways.

    Management failed to work with team to coach and develop both the strengths and weaknesses.

    Make sure you develop all individuals within the company. It is the team that creates the results with the customers. If the team lacks the support they will lack the commitment.

    Great opportunity for new bankers with no experience. The sky is the limit if you're dedicated & work hard for your team & customers!

    Cons

    Health Insurance isn't so great & expensive. Very conservative lending practices which is great for the company, but frustrating when you're trying to help someone.
