I have been working at U.S. Bankcard full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – 3-5 qualified leads a day
Have a sales manager who can do a takeover at the merchant if I need it
Exec team has great knowledge and very hands on
Promote from within
weekly sales training even for advanced guys like me if I need it
If you work your accounts the way they should be done great pay including residuals
Cons – With so many leads, tough to contact everyone. The work day is long 9-6 but you really need the time to try and make it through all the leads.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep the teamwork going. Used to working for sales based companies where they are not team players. At USBC each sales exec helped each other!
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
