Pros
Good pay and good benefits especially for my home market,
I really work with a great team, management excluded
Always knowing whats new in the wireless world.
Cons
Management shows favoritism, especially to the opposite sex
No rewards for doing more than your share of the work load
Sell, sell, sell, This is all I ever hear.
No room for promotion unless you are one of the favorites.
Having to pick up the slack for other associates that cannot do anything correctly.
Advice to Senior Management
Do not base your leadership candidate choices on their good looks but rather the ability they have to do their jobs.
Pros
People, Organization, Leadership, Team environment
Cons
Work locations spread out, coworkers/teammates in different locations
Pros
The employees live the values and behaviors of the Dynamic Organization.
Excellent feedback on performance.
Great work/life balance; management is very supportive of life outside of work. Very understanding when stressful events occur and you need time off to deal with them.
Very collaborative work environment
Cons
Formal time/days off is more limited than I am used to from previous employers
Sometimes the collaboration can lead to "analysis paralysis"; sometimes there are too many hands in the project requiring multiple levels of review/approval to proceed.
Pros
Great benefits, health, 401k, vision, etc. Flexible scheduling with good earned vacation time, good pay for the work that is required.
Cons
minimal growth opportunities, can get boring in the stores,
Pros
Open & Honest Communication
Great pay and benefits
Leadership is awesome
Great opportunity for professional growth and advancement. Very supportive
Cons
Long hours
Sales is a demanding environment.
Blackout dates for vacation times, sometimes hard to plan for family time or personal activities
Advice to Senior Management
Keep investing in your associates, it's worth it! Don't lose focus on your customers and get so streamlined you become ineffective.
Pros
- Financially stable organization.
- Well respected in the telecommunications industry.
- Employees very friendly.
- Opportunities to work on cross functional teams.
- Benefits
Cons
- Not a lot of structure. Sometimes work is not done as efficently as it could be.
- Work/life balance can be an issue.
- Some leaders lack experience in the departments they lead. Very frustrating for those employees that have extensive experience.
- Sometimes compensation is not in alignment with the work.
Advice to Senior Management
Hire leaders who have experience in the areas for which they are leading rather than switching one leader from one department to an entirely different one. This will eliminate risk for the organization and will promote career growth and learning for the teams that are being lead.

Cons
some of the management should not be leaders and i recommend that they step down to rwc
unfairness when it comes to school and work schedule
certain members of management do not take accountability for things they have done wrong
showing favortism among associates
management will not step in when associates need them to step in and do their job
Advice to Senior Management
it all boils down to managment make sure you hire some one internally who knows the company well and understands the needs of the associates. Our team needs a leader not a best friend. the reason there is so much turnover is because managment allows their co-workers to disrespect each other and not step in and take care of the situation before it blows out of control. the company is a great place to work for but certain members of staff and leadership have led me to look into working for another company.
