    Pros

Company is very proactive and has created an outstanding culture known as the dynamic organization. Very employee and customer focus. Always looking to do the right thing for the customer.

    Cons

Company is a retail wireless company within a very cut throat industry. Change is inevitable and constant in order to stay relevant with the rest of the industry.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure you know the Labor Laws and follow the FMLA GUIDELINES... take in consideration if employee finds out short of benefits and they drive into work while on a medication that they are not to operate machinery to keep their job you dont pressure the supervisor to fire them....

    I worked at U.S. Cellular full-time

    Pros

Good atmosphere and worked around mostly good people. They have had some growing pains, so job security is not what it once was. The change in executive leadership has not helped maintain the level of trust once had for that level in the organization.

    Cons

Seems like they are being groomed for a buyout. You will need to consider the uncertainty of the company's future before making a decision to pursue a job with them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

As an organization, it is top heavy on the higher leadership title's. Could have cut costs in that area so not as many people would have been laid off.

    Pros

    Co workers were great
    Benefits
    Personal growth
    Hourly pay was Ok

    Cons

Since 2010 the leadership has been circling the drain, with almost all the upper management resigning. This left everything a mess with things being half enforced and confusion on what was going on.
Started nickel and diming the long term customers causing them to leave.
    Micro managing
High commissions almost impossible to achieve anymore
    High churn
