    Great pay, fun and challenging job, great benefits


    all the issues with the billing system implementation were blamed on the front line. It wasn't our fault that it did not operate well or at all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Quit blaming TOPS issues on the front line. The same accountability should be held at levels in the organization.
