    Pros

Good for part time job .
    Initially they promise long term.
Their sense of long term = 1 to 3 weeks .
    Middle management is good.

    Cons

Nothing is organised . No long trem jobs.
You will get an email to leave immediately while you are working.
Employment in this company is like revolving door.
If they found someone who can work for half of what they pay you, consider its your last day of work in the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Every one will have budget problems.
Your actions not only effect employees, it also will have effect on families.
Be fair with employees.,Don't hire employees for week or two, Let them know if you do so.
X-Employees will spread the word of your management strategy, which in turn may effect your business & company reputation.
YOU WASTING YOUR TIME & MONEY BY HIRING EMPLOYEES FOR 1- 2 WEEK (They do nothing but training in that time)
STOP WASTING YOUR TIME IN SEARCHING FOR NEW EMPLOYEES & TAKE CARE OF CURRENT EMPLOYEES.

Worst Company to work for on Long Island...Labor board should shut it down!

    • Comp & Benefits

    Former Employee - Management

    Pros

There's no leadership the family runs the business as they wish. If there in a good mood you will be spoken to kindly for that instant... They have ZERO Morals or Respect as Owners towards their employees. When I started there in 2010 most employees had no papers. (they thrive on cheap labor) No benefits and management is required to work 60 hours for 40 hours pay... I have the pay stubs to prove it. Raises come only if you are leaving and they decided that they need you afterall. Oh a select few get promotions... In name only usually. More so people often get the pay reduced by 10% or more. They know most hourly workers making 7.25 for years only complain for a short period and are soon quiet.

    Cons

Most of the management staff live on Long island and... no where else was hiring! When business picks up they hire as many employee friends by spreading the word on the work floor. Marvin kagan is not the CEO....Shervin/Rody/Sam. All Liars as their customers know.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Act like humans... You will reap what you've sewn before you die. Oh...I hope that Johnson and Johnson are not STUPID enough to give you their business.

Would I recommend this company...Hell No... Not even to an enemy.

    Pros

    Great potential for future growth
Small company with direct access to management. Management is generally accessible.
Presents the opportunity to take initiative and build from the ground up
Opportunity for varied responsibilites and to wear "more than one hat"
Challenging opportunities for the right individuals

    Cons

Small company with the usual limitations on personnel and available resources
Company culture is in transition, with the usual challenges for change and accompanying frustrations

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Acquire a deeper understanding of the constraints associated with new business
If managment is prepared to invest in the future, the sky's the limit.
