Pros – They can never get people to cover shifts, so over time is there.
Cons – They always have some excuse not to pay it or even regular pay is hard to get. Everyone in that company is unprofessional. They hire bums off the street. They can get accounts but can never keep them. U.S. security claims they train well but they don't. They fire good people and keep the lazy ones. This company is constantly getting sued.
Advice to Senior Management – You may be a large company but your a shirt company.your unfair to those that work hard and you need to look at who you are hiring. Stop hiring bums off the street. But you get what you pay for I guess.
