    Pros

    The only thing this company truly promises is a steady paycheck and some form of health insurance, that's about it.

    Cons

    Very Hard to get promoted
    Low Communication between management, client and officers
    Favoritism
    Low Pay
    Can get fired for anything

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop threatening Officers their jobs when they or their family is sick
    Communicate with everyone so that you know the full side of the story
    Pick someone that knows the site procedures and with leadership skills to promote instead of someone with 1 month experience

    Lacks concern for "little people", no leave policy for security officers, often no breaks during shifts.

    Flexible work schedule, worst job ever, no other pros.

    Cons

    Must work holidays, no raises, no bonuses, obamacare is better health insurance than here, It robs you of your soul here, and no chance for promotions

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get some REAL health insurance that is AFFORDABLE, and some REAL benefits. Also give attention to the training you give new officers coming into the company.

    Decent pay, if you are in for the long run there is a chance for moving up.

    Cons

    No employee appreciation. Your hard work is over shadowed by pointing out your screw ups. Any mistake, no matter how small, can lead to losing your job. Supervisor only cares to advance himself and will throw you under the bus.

    You will always be a revolving door if you dont stop to think about your employees.

    Pros

    Good base pay initially, when initially hired the manager was great, (management changed.) Open door policy was good. Experienced senior sales people, good officers.

    Cons

    Local management had a lot of turnover was disconnected from workers, allowed family members who were employees to take vehicles home overnight etc, against company policy. Leads that were labeled as "Hot Leads" that were a waste of time, and local management competing with sales people for clients.

    Try to get some stability and stop the nepotism in the office, it is a definite deterrent to other employees.

    Not much really just something to hold you over when you don't have a jobs you're looking for.

    Branch office is slow and hard to reach sometime, really no advancement, no as professional as they make it seem

    Pros

    Low Stress for okay pay. Lots of free time at work.

    Cons

    Managers tended to hire incompetent people and I would have to make up for their mistakes and try not to get them fired and make the site run smoothly.

    Managers often lied or fell short on pay raises, and did not respect/invest/recognize their top performers/employees enough.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Learn to recognize your top employees, that are reliable, constantly maintaining and improving the level of work, and going above and beyond.
