    Pros

    Flexibility and that's about it.

    Cons

Managers and supervisors are horrible, unorganized, unprofessional, uneducated, & most of all useless! Worked at a site for 5 years & never received a raise. The representative for the site told employees that we got raises but the company keeps the raise for themselves. The Atlanta branch office needs to be completely restaffed with people fit to do the job! The only good thing I got out of them was a lengthy employment history! Thanks a bunch!

    Advice to Management

Hire better managers to lead the team! Stop just looking for a slot to fill to keep your pockets paid & act like you care about the people you hire!

    Pros

Lots of overtime, easy, a paycheck. No field supervisor that actually supervises. The company has no other pros.

    Cons

Low pay, bad management, favoritism, unprofessional

  3. I worked with this company for 7 years. I was very loyal. This company only cares about money. Forget about a raise!

    Pros

The hours. Depending on the site you work at. Hours can be negotiated.

    Cons

You will never get a raise. Manager needs a wake up call.

    Advice to Management

The good officers that work for you need to be recognized, promoted, and respected.

    Pros

Flexible hours, extremely easy to get hired, decent pay

    Cons

Account Manager is very hard to get a hold of. Sometimes you drive a much farther than just 20 mins away like they promised in the interview.

    Advice to Management

Be more organized. More career opportunity and recognition to model employees.

    Pros

    Self managed. Uniforms provided.

    Cons

Not receiving proper pay. Always behind on what they owe employees.

    Advice to Management

How can I take this job seriously when I've worked 3 years and only recieve 11.00 per hour? Pay your employees their worth and you should be able to retain talent, not constantly ask for overtime because you do not have quality employees to do the work!

The company buys lunch, gift cards, for they employees when they do a great job. The managers are very fair.

    Cons

Its very hard to become a supervisor when you have more experience with them and you don't know higher management.

    Advice to Management

Have never the people in higher management because they are to busy in the field trying yo get new contracts

    Pros

You are guaranteed a stable paycheck and easy advancement opportunities. This is a very easy company to work for. If you cannot hack it at one site they will just put you at another.

    Cons

The branch office management can be difficult to deal with. Do not try to correct them on anything because according to them they are always right.

The work for USA was pretty easy, however the branch in Salem NH is dysfunctional and takes advantage of employees.

    Pros

The pay is great for college students. I got to do homework & study. You won't find a job with minimum training and no work at all for $12hr. Not a long-term career.

    Cons

Mismanaged, Poor scheduling, supervisor downtalking employees, no praise for handwork, takes advantage of harder working employees, miscommunication amongst facility & staff

    Advice to Management

I am sure not all branches are like this but Salem was hard to work for. Management was frequently changing the schedule and giving minimum notice to cover shifts. Just too much going on for me with a busy life. They also didn't take consideration of my education.
