I worked at U.S. Toy as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Laidback atmosphere, but still gets work done.
Proactive management, overseeing your success and comfort.

    Cons

Needs a better environment, i.e. the atmosphere of the workspace isn't as pleasant and modern as most would desire.
Didn't define what they wanted to achieve from my time there.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make expectations clearer, and find a new office building!

    I worked at U.S. Toy

    Pros

The middle workers and lower ranks were amazingly nice and welcoming. The company was also an awesome place to work 5-6 years ago, with a woman in charge who cared because she had built it from the ground up.

    Cons

The management cares nothing for its people and is now bent on making the company have a "look" instead of a "quality".

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop letting good people go and thinking because it is new, it must be better. In the recent year or two you have let the people who made that company what it was slip through the cracks in favor of having an image that will get you nowhere in the long run.
