I worked at UAE Exchange full-time for more than a year

    Pros

If you are a South Indian speaking Maloo or Tulu (which are languages) you are going to do wonders!! Also if you be a dog who brings lots of curry and rice for your manager you will be safe even if you make huge blunders at work!!

    Cons

Well honestly, the company management really doesn't care about their employees!!
Even if you do wonders, the management pays such bad rate per hour that you are not going to make a living!!
Due to this attitude the employees do not care about their customers!!
It is sad environment inside the organisation, where by each one of the employee is unhappy and is always spreading negativity and talking you down!!
The Management is to be blamed for this attitude!! Very authoritative and conservative management style!! No innovation techniques ever come at the counters!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you pay peanuts you are bound to get monkeys!!!

I worked at UAE Exchange full-time

    Pros

The experience is of value as it could help a person to learn a many number of things which he/she can utilize effectively while working for other companies.

    Cons

The whole management in the UK operates strictly on an Indian basis.. Let me explain, the colleagues are Indian or Bangladeshi. There is also a heavy leverage if you hail from Mysore and know Tulu. Very conservative management and Honesty has no value. If you are not smart, you will just be another step on a corporate ladder for someone to stamp on

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to be more empathetic to your employees and try to change on the work culture. Also be more unbiased while treating your employees.
