    Pros

    Cons

I can't really think of many cons if any. The job I have suits my needs and I am very happy to have been presented with the opportunity to work at uaic.

    I worked at UAIG full-time

    Pros

I spent 8 years with this company. I tolerated below average pay for flexible schedule and competent staff. The staff has been leaving in droves.

    Cons

The management staff has changed completely. Morale amongst the remaining staff is almost as low as the pay scale. Unless you are starving, run!

    Advice to Management

Pull the plug on the current claims management, start from ground zero and rebuild, or shut it down and call it a loss.

    Pros

Fair salaries and friendly coworkers. The Christmas parities were well done. The atmosphere was casual but fast pace as well.

    Cons

The computer systems need integrated. The company is privately owned and the corporate structure tends to reflect that fact. the befits are fair and could be better.

    Advice to Management

Keep the employees in the loop on any changes.

None. This is a terrible company to work for

    Cons

Unethical claims practices, no systems training, low pay, unmanageable workload, no procedure manual, procedures that change depending on manager whim, company headquarters is an unpleasant building to work in. I could go on for hours

Put in place a formalized training program
