Current Employee – been working at UBICS full-time for less than a year
Pros – Able to look every aspect of the project.
Great opportunity to grow and learn things.
Cons – As we are going through little rough phase, so whatever problem are going are because of that. Soon they will over and then I think UBICS will be the one of the companies who provide best to their employees
Advice to Senior Management – Need to change some of the things to make the company big. And those things are slowly getting better as our new CEO has great vision about things.
And I am sure soon UBICS will again one of the tough competitor to the others.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
