Good work life balance at all levels

Mgt is incompetent; managers who caused huge losses are still at helm of Investment Bank; enormous bureaucracy

Depends on which department that you work with, In our area we never had any feed back on the work . lol the best part was the internal employee is treated as a client rather than being colleague.

International company with many departments to work for. Culture is a good mix and IT infrastructure is quite good. Global plattform and many opportunities within the bank.

Big and you lose oversight as the organisation is not very clear. A lot of department heads just want to cover their back and don't do what is best for the team.

Less managers, don't lose focus, less short term thinking, support young talent, less politics

a place with all talented professional people, a great opportunity to gain really financial knowledge, a great place to work :(

ppl are too stressed to talk. sometimes it feels you are on your own. too much over time work. go home late :(
