    Pros

European culture made for a comfortable working environment. Managers were supportive and involved in junior employee growth and development. Work-life balance was a priority

    Cons

Uncertainty around long-term future of the business in the USA, as well as negative publicity around tax scandals in Switzerland

    Advice to Management

Continue to make work life balance a priority to retain employees. Provide more opportunity for top performing corporate employees to make group changes internally

    Pros

Its a paycheck week to week. Able to develop some what of a repore with immediate colleagues and contacts locally.

    Cons

Almost no work life balance, culture has clearly been affected by all the regulation in the US. There are people in pharmaceutical sales that get more perks than IBers now. Communication largely over AOL IM type chat system, not personal and makes individuals feel like mere cogs.

    Advice to Management

Clear direction about the future of the company lacking. Almost no communication about direction firm or department from management. Put your head down, work hard and hope.

People were nice, lots of admin training, very organized
