    Pros

UBS has a dynamic IT Audit organization that is open enough to provide growth oportunities for experienced technologists looking to widen their perspective.
They may allow you to take sufficient time to dig deeper into the problemas so you can offer more to the bussiness than just pointing a finger at issues.
Job provides insight into the working habits of top IT management, risk management, compliance across whole organization which you will find quite educational.

    Cons

The audit cycle is paramont and eventually you have to focus primairly on finishing your audits on time and formal validity of issues, in depth approach is allowed only by excepton.
The audit reports are extensively edited by whole departament so there isn't much in terms of independence of message but I guess it is a norm in most companies.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue developing the technology toolkit and and capitalize on big data audit automation.
