UBS Reviews

Pros
Great intranet site for learning - articles, papers, project documents. Looking back on my time there I learned so much just from their intranet. They also spend a lot of time and effort on branding and corporate image, prior to the meltdown I was proud to be apart of the UBS team.
Cons
Manager kept interesting project work away from me so I could stick to my day-to-day Operations work even though I was a magnet for challenging work because of my skills. Ultimately, I left because I was not allowed to work on a project I really wanted to be part of and was a perfect fit for my skills.
Advice to Senior Management
Continue to cut the fat in middle management, find the junior level people that carry the workload and advance them, that is how you retain talented people.
