    Pros

This is a fantastic location and a great employer with lots of benefits and good corporate culture. The management is well organised and complainant with the strict rules.

    Cons

Sometimes the structure looks too big and too cumbersome. There is a certain number of duplication of functions and positions which are not really necessary given the coverage of the bank.

    Advice to Management

Structure optimisation is needed with a thorough approach though. Extra working space would also be a big plus considering the situation.

Outsourcing at all cost, Senior Management starting initiatives but leaving before done (often leaving a mess behind)

As for outsourcing, don't just look at salary savings on fancy Powerpoint presos, but also put a value/number behind the quality of work for each region
