I have been working at UBS full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Choose your own involvement. If you are willing to work hard & willing/want to contribute in other initiatives outside of your area then the sky's the limit. Friendly and open place for networking and building your career without needing to move firms, while avoiding become stale or institutionalised. Open to new technologies and innovation with a growing approach to true business/IT collaboration culminating in impressive results.

    Cons

Given the recent shifting landscape/regulation may lead to insecurity or opportunity, depending on your viewpoint. Recent continual management changes below GMD level has made the environment a large shifting landscape.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue current trajectory & focus in terms of stability and clear short and medium term goals for technology
