    Great hours. You learn a lot by reviewing the basic subjects and it really helps you get great grades in other subjects.

    The pay is good, but not a long term job and it takes away time to try different internships.

    Pros

    Departments are very lenient with their student workers because they know academics come first. I preferred working on campus rather than odd campus. You can request time off most of the time, especially if you work at an office.

    Wages are set and increase isn't much

    Being able to engage with the community and engage with people from the industry. Time-off is great. Pay is fair. People are nice all around. Culture is a little aged, but getting younger.

    Cons

    Too big and at times feels disconnected across departments and labs.
