Cons – Highly passive aggressive staff
High School level of clicks, social politics, and vendettas
Complete lack of clear direction, strategy, or individual accountability
FTEs in roles based on who they know, not having the appropriate skills for the job
General desire from staff for continuous improvement, little to no executive management support, or staff desire to engage in the effort to make change occur
Advice to Senior Management – Clearly define and continuously promote annual strategy; hire employees and stop renting talent; empower your mid-level management, create a culture of accountability.

Pros – UCare is a growing company so there is a lot of good things look forward to.
Cons – UCare is a growing company so there is a need to put together more processes to manage business better. It is and will be painful.
Advice to Senior Management – The turf wars must stop. The upper management has to get the middle management on board with a vision and then stick to it!
