Details
Pros
Some nice people, reasonable salary. It is a very relaxed working environment.
Cons
Mangement lack direction, and communication outside of Braine is not very good. You get demotivated the longer you stay their.
Advice to Senior Management
Value your staff, give them direction and clear feedback on what they are doing.
