    ProsThey train you for just about everything you need to do your job. It is very laid-back although you need to have great attention to detail.

    ConsNot much room for growth. The hierarchy of the lab positions is extremely structured and you some of the work can be monotonous.

    Too many chiefs...

    ProsSmart people, dedication, excellent in patient care if you have some terrible disease, decent employee benefits.

    ConsHorrible bureaucracy, too many over-paid administrators, poor coordination, very political especially in terms of salary and promotions.
    Coordination of care is very bad, especially for outpatients.

    Best Company to Work For.

    ProsTreats staff well. Nursing Management is fair and supportive. Institution is very forward-thinking and opportunistic. Doctors and nurses are amazing.

    ConsEmployee parking rates are too expensive and spots are hard to find.

    Was a great place to work but in the end, did not act ethically and threw employees under the bus.
