Pros

Excellent career opportunities for people who work hard and are prepared to put in the long hours. Promotion can be very fast. Work life balance can be great in some cases but appalling in others. Although there are issues with senior management, 99% of the day to day people you deal with are fantastic, supportive and very talented. This is probably one of the most lauded aspects of this company and deservedly so. Compensation is quite varied and can be both fair and unfair.

Cons

Senior management were consistently unable to drive the results they wanted - putting greater pressure on those below them. Favouritism and personality clashes were rife which resulted in many good people becoming disillusioned

Advice to Senior Management

Ensure that people are promoted/rewarded on merit and receive the support they need.
