I have been working at UES full-time

    Pros

The leadership is also very strong. I also find that the company has employed a large number of very smart people. The compensation is also pretty good, and the job is stable. Also, a lot of office events seem to a least try to promote a good office culture.

    Cons

Since it's a government contractor company, you'll always find people who are less than motivated, but those people will always exist in a company. Furthermore, like I said, even though the leadership does do events, the culture can be a bit segmented at times.

    Pros

Nice company to work. All salaries and benefits are similar to one expect from a good company. It has good work environment.

    Cons

Bad side is it has contractor jobs mostly. So projects are not really long term depending upon funding from customers
